Role: Credit Card Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Credit Card Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, improving customer experience, and ensuring the success of our credit card portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve credit card sales and revenue targets.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor the performance of the credit card portfolio, ensuring profitability and minimal delinquency rates.
• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch innovative credit card products.
• Customer Engagement: Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and value-added features.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Education: MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification in finance, marketing, or a related field.
