Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
• Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and manage scheduling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation to align with brand standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
